In the near future boxing will become a sport banned worldwide. Or at least that tells us a new movie Real Steel that is moving to Hollywood.

Steven Spielberg Robert Zemeckis will produce with Real Steel, a film that was to be directed by Peter Berg. Today we know that Steven Spielberg called Shawn Levy and asked him to take care of directing the "Real Steel".

Levy, accepted Spielberg's proposal, and eventually will direct "Real Steel", a movie set on a near future where boxing between men is prohibited, so humanoid robots to climb the ring in place them. Real Steel is the story of a father and an estranged son who is training an extraordinarily talented boxer.

Shawn Levy recently completed Date Night starring Steve Carell and Tina Fey, film will be released in April 2010.

Director Shawn Levy has confirmed that he really wants Hugh Jackman for his next project Real Steel. It plans to make a science fiction film, entitled Real Steel based on a story written by Richard Matheson, which Levy describes as a father-son drama set in the near future, where boxing's between robots will become a sport practiced .

In a world where robots to replace boxing boxing between between people, Jackman would play a character of "Rocky" looking for a last chance to assert itself.

"The Real Steel movie will bring more of Rocky than the Transformers. Transformers Robots will be no way like Wall-E. Will be built by humans and machines will be fighting with people about the same size, built for performance. People in this movie are tired of human violence, and demand for something in creating the sport evolved. "Said the director.
